Our Client, a Multinational forwarding and logistic company is seeking qualified person for below position:
Oil and Gas Operation Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Provide Operational Support to Operations Department by responding to
customers’ requirements and ensure that Operations Activities are carried out in accordance with Indonesia Regulations, Internal BPQ requirements and HSE requirements.
- Attend to all customers inquiries on all service features and also to ensure proficiency in service features
- Responsible for the operational co-ordination and execution of job plans
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar capacity with multinational company/ies in the forwarding / logistics industry
- Good knowledge of forwarding & logistics industry
- Market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers)
- Expertise and professionalism in customer contacts, understanding of customer requirements, analysis and resolution of problems and complaints
- Knowledge in import/export customs formalities, and exposure to Oil & Gas industry
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and local language
Educational Background:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree holder
- Diploma in transport / freight forwarding / logistics field
